GoogleI moved out over two months ago and still haven’t received my deposit back. Despite multiple attempts to contact the landlord via email, I’ve had no communication or response. The lack of professionalism and accountability has been very disappointing. Tenants deserve timely communication and fair treatment, especially when it comes to returning deposits.

Hi Jane, I’m sorry to hear that you feel the return of the deposit has taken longer than expected. However, please note that charges have been presented to your household and these have been disputed, which can delay the process. Some of the damage at the property was quite evident, but this has still been refused. Although we have recommended using the dispute resolution service to help reach an outcome, we have not yet received much response from your head tenant. We’re keen to resolve the deposit matter for you as soon as possible, but this does require cooperation from all tenants involved. Many of our other tenants have received their deposits within 2, 3 weeks of moving out when we have had full cooperation. Kind regards, Jack Flanagan

Googlerented a student house for 2nd year with this agency, was the worst experience we have ever had. we had mice and cockroach infestations to a horrible extent that were already prominent before we even moved in, and after the whole year being falsely promised compensation, the only thing they returned in the end was a rubbish apology. there were only 1 or 2 decent attempts to mitigate/kill off the infestations for the entire year, which is absolutely unacceptable. thankfully our property manager Tim was fired for his completely irresponsible behaviour, but even with new staff to help us, we were still left with almost complete lack of communication and sympathy. really don’t recommend.

GoogleIncredible Agency! Where to begin… The staff at the agency as a whole are very professional, having very open communication and consistent responses. The locations available are near some very consistent transport links, as well as supermarkets and a variety of takeaways. The individual rooms in apartments or houses available very easy to maintain! All available lettings areas are very friendly, and have an overall inviting atmosphere. I could not recommend this lettings agency enough, especially to any mature students, international students, professionals or groups of friends looking for something affordable and comfortable 🫶🏾

GoogleUsed for student accommodation. Wasn't cleaned when we moved in with dirty socks, used Covid tests, an open pack of peanuts and general clutter everywhere, then tried to take £300 off the deposit for cleaning that would never get done. After going through the TDS got almost all of our money back.

GoogleThe worst company I have ever dealt with. ZERO service, ZERO communication. If you are a Student/Landlord avoid at all costs. If anyone from this company actually reads these can someone contact me. My daughter has been left living in a building site! No water for days, shower leaking, no bedroom to be used, no communication despite several calls and emails. I do not understand how anyone can run a business in this way. If I could give zero stars I would. If you are looking for somewhere to rent AVOID!!!
