GoogleHonestly just wanna say a huge thank you to Rachel from Nicholas Humphreys! She was amazing! Super kind, really easy to talk to, and really helpful through the whole process. She helped me find a place I absolutely love and got everything sorted really quickly. Rachel and the team were just great to work with, really accommodating and made everything so smooth. Couldn’t have asked for better; massive thanks to Rachel and the team!!

GoogleApplied for a flat on Wednesday and got accepted today I'm so over the moon, the staff have been so lovely and keeping me updated on the process through WhatsApp and was really reassuring I honestly can't thank them enough. The whole team are just absolutely brilliant and they should be proud of themselves for doing an amazing job

GooglePrevious tenancy manager, Tom, was great and then unfortunately left and was replaced by an incompetent Rajan. The company tried to steal £500 of our deposit without any proof. On multiple occasions i had to email Rajan to gain proof and didn’t receive any replies, I eventually had to call the office in order to speak to Rajan. The deposit dispute went through to the tenancy deposit scheme and was decided by an adjudicator that this company did not have any evidence for trying to steal our deposit. My advice to anyone is - always fight the tenancy dispute, this company did not have any evidence for stealing our deposit and it was worth the 3 months waiting to get the other £500 back

GoogleDo not rent from Nicholas Humphreys if you value your personal belongings! I came home today from work only to find that the estate agent who did a viewing while I wasn't home, had left the door unlocked! I have a lot of valuable technology and collectibles in the house that could've been stolen! All captured on my front doorway camera (unable to post a picture unfortunately).

GoogleMoving into a new student property can be a stressful experience, but thanks to Paige, it was made so much easier. From the moment we reported a few issues upon moving in, she dealt with everything quickly and efficiently. Every problem we found was handled with urgency, and she kept in constant communication, which really made me feel comfortable and reassured knowing I had someone reliable to turn to if anything went wrong. One thing I really appreciated was how thorough Paige was, she went through everything I listed in my email, made a full checklist, and ensured each item was resolved and ticked off. That level of attention to detail made a huge difference. Paige also went above and beyond when I requested a new mattress. Not only did she manage to get a replacement quickly, but it was brand new with the cover still on, which was a great reassurance. Even more impressive was how respectfully she handled my belongings, she carefully placed everything on the floor so she could set the new mattress up properly, which I really appreciated. All in all, I would 100% recommend Paige for dealing with any issues, whether it's a student property or standard housing. She's professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about making sure everything is sorted.
