GoogleWe've been tenants with Nicholas Humphreys for the past 2 years and will miss them greatly once we move. They've been professional, communicative, and incredibly prompt with us during our time. In particular Bradley Snelling & Steph Gray having been a delight to deal with, and Daniel Bush making sure we were happy once any issues had been resolved. Maintaince issues were dealt with properly and promptly! An issue with the toilet was sorted same day! And when the boiler didn't run it was resolved on Christmas Eve rather than making us wait longer. I'm sure it was a nightmare to get someone in & cost a pretty penny. But it shows how much they care. The one time we were misinformed about something I brought it up and it was addressed incredibly well with them taking full responsibility instead of doubling down. Cannot recommend them more as a tenant, it is a great shame we are moving to another place outside of their management.

GoogleHad a good experience with Nicholas Humphreys Canterbury. The team has been very helpful, professional and understanding throughout the whole process. There were some last-minute issues with my guarantor service which delayed my tenancy, and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to move in before the weekend. The Nicholas Humphreys team were very helpful and did their best to get everything finalised for me just before closing time. A special thanks to Josh for helping me from the viewing and reservation of the flat through to the tenancy process. Really appreciate the team’s support and excellent customer service. Thank you so much!

Rio was very helpful throughout the process, he showed me the room, answered all my questions, and made everything easy to understand. The room was exactly as described, and I was satisfied with the overall experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free rental experience.
