GoogleI have recently looked to sell my property and Nicholas Humphrey’s was recommended by a friend who has also used them and received a fantastic service. Dave and his whole team are friendly, knowledgeable and totally professional, even calling through to the office is a pleasure as even the letting staff are always willing to answer questions and help. GoogleAttitude of the lady on the phone when I asked on behalf of my friend about how to use the boiler. There's no instructions and it's on a timer. It does not explain how to change the timer. She said either we send an engineer out but you have to pay "so the can explain how to use it" making them feel so stupid on the phone and then said "or go on Google and look it up" I checked up online and found this. In the UK, a landlord has legal responsibilities under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 and related housing laws to ensure that heating and hot water systems are in working order and that the tenant can use them safely Landlord Must Provide Instructions If the boiler is not self-explanatory, the landlord should provide basic instructions or a manual. Telling you to “Google it” or pay for an engineer yourself to explain usage is not reasonable or safely. Misuse of a boiler could be dangerous. Landlords have a duty to ensure tenants can operate appliances safely. Not renting with them but never will. This phone call was with the estate agent in Nicolas Humphrey burton branch.

GoogleGot myself a house with these. Process was brilliant fast and easy. Any problems they were just a message away. Definitely recommend these to anybody wanting to put their house on market or rent/buy. There was also lots of available tools for first time renters such as help for all your bills. I couldn't be happier.
