I recently had an issue with my boiler that took some time to be resolved, but I truly want to thank Leanne for her patience, kindness and professionalism. She was always polite, responsive, and genuinely tried to help, even when the situation was difficult. In the end, everything was fixed and I really appreciate her support throughout the whole process. It means a lot to deal with someone who cares and communicates with respect. Highly recommend Nicholas Humphreys, especially Leanne, thank you again for your help!

Absolutely awful. Currently Renting a Student house. A bed broke at the beginning of our tenancy, and the person had to sleep on the mattress on the floor for 8 months. (we could not replace any furniture, agency had to) We have a semi-collapsing ceiling which was looked at at the beginning of our tenancy, and they said it “SHOULDN'T” collapse as long as its fixed within the next month. that was a year ago. Our boiler has been broken since July, and only one contractor has come out and just said “yeah its fine” when we now have no heating for winter. 3 emails later and they still haven't responded. To top this all off, the landlord came to the house with the new bed, he told us that the agency hadn't informed him about any of the problems in the house. ridiculous. when I've called in the past to ask whats going on, I've just had a rude response. I am a criminology student, i know my legal stuff. when repeating what i knew about boilers and fixing them and the legal amount of time to fix them , the response was “don't go throwing council stuff at me you’ve gone and googled” horrible agency. will never be coming back once this lease is over. awful.
