Matt was very helpful in showing me round the property I was interested in, working through the contracts and helping me get moved in. GoogleCompletely useless and unhelpful when trying to recover deposits
Hi Dave, thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I am disappointed that you are not happy with the way your deposit was handled. We do follow a strict process and act to mediate between landlords and tenants alike, within the agreed timescales set.
