GoogleI will not recommend this agent to anyone, they do not care about the tenants and they create way to get more money from tanants.From the beginning of my contract to the end of the contract was a horrible experience for me.

GoogleWent to this estate agent about 3 years ago and had the most awful experience ive ever had with a letting agent. Terrible customer service and they will try to take every last penny you have when you move out. Cant stress enough never to choose them.

GoogleI am a landlord who was looking for my property to be rented promptly due to a change in circumstances. Oliver had a strong network that resulted in rent being agreed almost immediately. Oliver was professional throughout, and having dealt with numerous other Estate Agents in the area, the service provided here stood out. Would highly recommend.

GoogleUnfortunately their communication is very poor, which is extremely annoying when you are seriously interested in investing in a property. I had to contact the office multiple times after not hearing anything - when they had said they would contact me. I also emailed them with no response.

GoogleThis was the first time I have used Nicholas Humphreys to find tenants for my student house in Portsmouth. Ben Lacey Birch couldn't have been more helpful and had found me a group of tenants within two weeks of advertising the property. I will definitely use them again.

GoogleWe had a scheduled viewing for a room with them, but the day of we were stood up, and found out through browsing the ads that it had been let already, and we were never notified to cancel the viewing appointment. Absolutely rude, unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend at all. And from other reviews, I see it’s a systematic issue. Avoid!

GoogleI can highly recommend to everyone who reads this to go to Amrit Panesar at Nicholas Humphreys Estate and Letting Agency. He is the most helpful and professional agent in Birmingham. He helped me to find a student accommondation for my semester abroad at the BCU. I enjoyed my stay and can only edvice for people to pay him a visit.

Googlefrom the back of a letter that I received from Bhav, I called Humphreys to arrange a valuation for my propriety which had been empty for the last 4 months. I used to use a very well known agent in Southampton so changing to someone new I was very apprehensive but these fears were really reassured by a first class service which really is second to non. He understood my wants and needs which gave me great comfort, my property is now fully let for this year with working professionals and for next year with a group of 4 students. thank you and keep up the great work i would highly recommend Humphreys.
