GoogleYesterday I viewed a property on Ashford Street, in Shelton. The young man that lead the viewing was called Tom, he was knowledgeable, vigilant and very friendly. Would definitely use Nicholas Humphrey’s again.

GoogleStaff always helpful. Usually deal with Sian who goes above the call of duty to sort my property problems. Always cheerful too, and I would recommended you give them a try as not like other lettings agents I've had the misfortune to come up against .

GoogleA really professional company to deal with. Sian handled my tenancy application and I have got to say she was amazing. She kept me informed on application and helped me with any queries I had. Whilst in the property if I had any issues regarding the property I knew I could call upon her to sort it out for me. She really did go the extra mile. I Haven’t got a bad word to say whatsoever. I’ve been with afew letting agency’s and this one is by far the best!

GoogleWe are landlords with a portfolio of 10 student properties and have been with Nicholas Humphries for 3 years now. They are fantastic from finding tenants, managing our properties and also in resolving any tenant issues. Both Rob and Becky go out of there way to help us, and the majority of our properties were let for the next academic year by December so they are very proactive. I would strongly recommend them!

As a student I was apprehensive about going through an agent however, the promptness of everyone in the team in responding to emails, calls and any queries regarding our shared house was exceptional. They currently manage 10 of our properties and we are extremely happy with the high level of service we receive from Rob, Becky and the rest of the team. We would happily recommend them to any landlord with student properties as they are the experts in the Stoke area.

GoogleI had a fantastic service from Nicholas Humphreys estate and Letting agents. I dealt personally with Sian, she was so thorough and patient listening to our needs and went above and beyond to find us the house we were after. As a student she helped find me a property that was close to the city centre amenities and to my university. I would recommend this company to any one after student accommodation.

GoogleI used NH to manage a house in Stoke for the best part of 3 years. For most of that time it was fully let to students despite not being in the best student area. I can't recommend Becky and Rob highly enough. They were a pleasure to deal with and addressed any issues promptly and efficiently, making the whole process hassle-free for me as someone based in London. From my experience definitely the best agent in the area!
