When I was taken to view a few properties, it was clear that they hadn’t informed the students currently living there. The man we were with, let himself in the property and knocked once on people’s bedroom doors before opening the door. There was a girl who was indecent, she awoke startled and scared. In another room, there was a couple asleep in bed together. This was completely unprofessional.
They are money grabbers who prey on the vulnerability of students who have never rented a house before. It’s bad enough that the deposit you put down for the house, you never get back, but the fact that everyone that works there appears to be fake and slimey. Up until you sign the contact it’s all smiles, but once any problem arises after that they really do show their true colours. STUDENTS stay away!!!

Hi Janet, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am disappointed that you feel we have not provided a 5 star service. Your concern seems to be centered purely around the fact that your deposit may not be refunded, so I wanted to just clarify our process for you.
At the end of every tenancy, we fully inspect houses and compare the condition to that when tenants move in. We only withhold monies to pay for genuine repairs or cleaning, and this will all have been sent to your daughter along with photographic evidence. Our deposits are securely held and fully protected, and your daughter is more than welcome to raise a dispute if she feels that our deductions are in any way unfair or unjust.
