Special thanks to Jo in Sales and Michelle in Sales Progression. I viewed properties with a number of estate agents and Moginie James were by far the most personable and friendly.

Nathan and team have been extremely responsive whenever there were issues to be dealt with which made my stay much easier than it might have been.. They have been pleasant at all times and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Well it is the 2nd time I have used Moginie James estate agents to sell a property for me and I thought the Cyncoed branch staff were good but Chris, Claire, Liz and Rhys have exceeded my expectations on how good an estate agent branch can be. The staff work well as a team and are always thinking of the Client. The Sales Progression team, Jayne and Michelle are equally brilliant dealing with the progression of a sale. I cannot recommend Moginie James enough - as I said forget the rest and go to the Best!!!!!

Since Moginie James set up their dedicated Maintenace Department at 108 Bute Street, I have been very impressed by the consciousness of the staff, especially their attention to detail and the urgency with which they respond to various maintenance issues. My impression is that they are all well trained by the Company and have the ability to resolve quickly any problems that arise in the day-to-day management of my properties. All the staff have a very good telephone manner which makes contact with them a pleasant experience.

Moginie James were incredibly friendly and supportive from start to finish of the process. Reentering the housing market after 30 years was a daunting prospect, but the staff at Moginie James took all the stress out of the experience.

The whole team have been truly amazing. We have complete peace of mind knowing that our property is in their capable hands. Nothing is too much troubles and we feel valued as landlords. Charlotte helped us secure tenants and Rebecca made sure the tenants moved in as smoothly as possible, Rebecca kept us informed every step if the way.

Super efficient service , they came to visit the house on the same day as asked and within 24 hours it was advertised and a really good tenant found with days ( even though it is a quiet time of the year ) They have the contacts that landlords need to get good tenants quickly. Huge thanks to the great team. We have used them before and they never fail to disappoint; great advice from beginning to end.

We would like to comment on the excellent service that we have received recently when purchasing a property in Roath. From day one, Moginie James was the most helpful of all the Estate Agents that we visited in the area and we were always greeted with a smiling face. A number of agents helped us find the right property, and each one had rapid and accurate access to our details and file. Once a suitable property was identified, the team were helpful in the negotiations, and went out of their way to provide access to the property whenever needed. Their recommendations for surveyors and solicitors also proved reliable, which was especially useful as we are not local. We were particularly impressed with the availability of the Sales Progression Team, who were always on hand to answer questions and move the purchase along. We would like to make a special mention of Michelle, who helped through all of the stages from agreement to exchange and completion, and also for some very helpful advice thereafter - Thanks to all.at Moginie James for a great service and experience working together.

During the sales negotiation process the staff were very proactive and helpful in securing an agreement and following acceptance the sales progression team (and in particular Michelle) were in constant touch the ensure the transaction went through. In my professional capacity I deal with a lot of agents and I found Moginie James to be a cut above a lot of their competitors in terms of professionalism.

After selling our home, we quickly needed to find a rental property. The team at Moginie James enabled us to find, view and move into the property in just one week. As we'd always been home owners rather than tenants, we appreciated the fast and efficient way they took us through the various stages of the reference checks, tenancy agreement, payments etc. Even the rental board was quickly removed after we moved in. Fast and friendly service indeed.
