I've just let a property through Morginie James and the service was simply outstanding.. Regular feed back when marketing and when a tenant was found the experienced team went into action dealing with all matters in caring and professional manner. I'd have no problem with highly recommending this impressive company and if you have a property to let in the locality you really need look no further.

This is 2nd time I've used Moginie James Letting during my time in Cardiff and both times they've been the perfect house. The team have been professional and help, more than ready to answer your queries. And they're particularly accommodating when the nerves set in as the tenant and you start to itch to move in. My one fault is more a problem of their own success, in that they can be so busy, sometimes they need chasing up. Thank you once again for helping me find a great home!

Very professional service from the team. Apartment sold quickly and near asking price but very impressed with the communications throughout. In particular, Liz who coordinated from the office, Claire who always gave prompt feedback after viewings and Jayne who was on the ball to progress the sale to completion. Exceeded expectations and far better than other agents I've dealt with. Many thanks!

I rented, out my two properties with moginie, James, I found that Rob Iyles was very helpful with morgages I understood everything that he was explaining to me. I also found Cat Deeley was extremely helpful, she went out of her way to help me rent my properties, she is extremely friendly person and very good at her job. I am very greatful of everything Cat did to help me find good tenets for both my properties.

Great dedicated service. Always finds fantastic tenants that perfectly match with my houses. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff at the Cathays office and they offer great advice and contact numbers. Everything is always done in a very friendly but always professional manner. I have a great relationship with all the girls in the office.

We booked a viewing with very short notice after being dissatisfied with a different viewing from another estate agent. We found Julie able to answer our questions thoroughly and with clear knowledge about the property. We were shown throughout the property able to view what we wished very comfortably, all details were pointed out to us with nothing brushed over. Thank you for Julie and Moginie James.

Very professional and friendly agency, my only negative which hasn't shown in the overall star rating would be the wait for contact from the agency whilst paper work is in progress...I felt I was alway chasing to find out what was happening and what stage we were at.

FacebookVery disapointed to be informed that as my current property is not yet for sale, viewing is denied for the two properties i wish to view, due to the vendors instructions. Please don't waste my time by make this clear on your advertisments.
