Michelle made a difficult time much easier. Out of everyone in the process, Michelle was the most communicative, spoke in layman's terms and made an often stressful & pressured process much more manageable. She was definitely the light in a seemingly never-ending tunnel. Nothing seems too much trouble; responses were quick & succinct and her manner and attitude were great. I wish everyone in the process were like her.

I recently purchased my first property through Moginie James, where Karen was working at the time. From Day one, she was extremely helpful and couldnt be anymore assertive to my needs and wants. Karen, was very patient and as you can imagine i didnt really know what i needed to do for my first property. However, Karen bent over backwards to help me make my decision and also provided me with the resources, time and appointments in order to so. I can't praise Karen enough, and hope every property i purchase in the future is through her. Keep smiling and keep up the amazing work!!

Being a first-time buyer, my fiancé and I knew nothing about the housing/mortgaging world. Lisa was a breath of fresh air who did not see anything as too much of a job to help you out. Lisa was great at doing all the groundwork prior to my mortgage application. I had special circumstances with regards to my income and was also spending three weeks out of the country. Lisa communicated continuously with myself and third parties and had a fantastic market knowledge. I felt hugely supported and in safe hands.
