Clare and Chris and the whole team were fantastic from start to finish and helped us realise our ambition of selling and moving to a new house. Sound and professional advice along the way and excellent mortgage service from Rob. Definitely recommend and it's easy to be dazzled by the promises of other estate agents but we found MJ to be trustworthy and reliable and always happy to go the extra mile.

Moginie James were our first choice through word of mouth and our own research. The agent who came around to take photos and give us a quote was brilliant and his photos were the best out of 5 agents. We stupidly chose another agent based on price but they were not local and we didn't find the right buyers. After 6 wasted months and losing a property we had an offer accepted on, we went to Moginie. They found us the right buyer and a fair price after only a few weeks. They handled the sale well and Michelle Lloyd, their Sales Progression Manager took over from there. She really helped that part of the process run perfectly talking to our buyers and both our Solicitors to keep things moving along and kept us up to date via email and phone regularly. It really helped this part of the process run perfectly. Thank you and w fully recommend using Moginie James for great sales, profession and value for money. They are worth every penny!

From the initial house appraisal with Chris and the marketing of the property through the Pontcanna office the team at MJ were superb.Both Clare and Liz did a great job in attracting potential buyers getting lots of viewings until we had obtained a few buyers who were in positions to offer.They worked tirelessly on the sale really working hard for me to get a buyer.This was great especially when Jayne and Michelle in the sales progression team took over in progressing the sale to get things over the line.Hard work at times but they thoroughly did a professional job and made it seemless for me as the seller. A great team effort.

Thoroughly impressed with the service we received from MJ both before, during and after agreeing to accept an offer. Chris, in particular, is not only incredibly user-friendly and good at understanding the market but also a really good guy - you get the sense that he truly is, above all else, acting in your best interests. Firstly I met Luke Tresize Sales Valuer Moginie James Albany Road who was very understanding on the sale of our Mum's house as she had sadly passed away. He listened to what I had to say and I did not feel any pressure to use Moginie James and that was why I chose them. Luke took really great photographs for the Brochure and showed great respect to the house and was very professional. I feel that with Moginie James they give true valuations and are realistic with market trends. All the staff in the Albany Road branch are so helpful and were aware of our sale no matter who answered the phone. Special thanks to Maria Scott Dabusco Sales Consultant who was so friendly & efficient. Also thanks to Lynne Patterson Sales Consultant who had previously helped my husband & I with our house sale 6 years ago!!!! At Moginie James I feel they are amazing at matching their Sellers & Buyers. Especially as soon as the house was on sale viewings started immediately. From this our buyer was found in Two Days and completion within 8 weeks. Michelle Lloyd Sales Progression Manager based at Head Office was very understanding regarding the Sales Brouchure. I wanted some changes in wording & picture layouts not a problem. New draft sent to me to approve. It was so quick and the signing of paperwork on line amazed me. Michelle was able to answer my queries and I felt at ease. Michelle updated me every week on the progress of the sale which was very helpful for me so I could pass on information to the rest of the family. In my opinion Moginie James are professional, approachable and take time to listen. We received top professional Service. Moginie James have been brilliant from start to finish. Our property went on the market in the first week of February, and we are now completing...... by the end of March. This estate agent has been courteous, efficient and on-the-ball throughout. Michelle has been fantastic on a personal level.. She has chased all issues and resolved, often within a day. . She really drove the sale. I would not hesitate to recommend MJ.
