Moginie James did not only meet but exceeded my expectations. I was able to apply a hands off approach. I wish to express particular thanks though to Karen. For my sale, Karen was the linchpin. Without Karen's extraordinary support I would not be in a position to give a five star rating. Karen's customer service skills are exceptional. Nothing was too much. Well it is the 2nd time I have used Moginie James estate agents to sell a property for me and I thought the Cyncoed branch staff were good but Chris, Claire, Liz and Rhys have exceeded my expectations on how good an estate agent branch can be. The staff work well as a team and are always thinking of the Client. The Sales Progression team, Jayne and Michelle are equally brilliant dealing with the progression of a sale. I cannot recommend Moginie James enough - as I said forget the rest and go to the Best!!!!!

The agents quoted a high price for the property initially , while another agent quoted much nearer the price the house sold for eventually. I might have appreciated a more honest appraisal of our property , to start with. However I would recommend Moginie James to my friends , as the team was very professional.

Following a bad experience with another Estate Agent that is prominent in the Roath area, I went to Moginie James with a rather poor view of estate agents generally. I've had my opinion changed by their excellent service. Help and advice on how to present the property, lots of viewings, prompt and useful feedback, email and telephone contact ahead and after viewings. All this activity has led to a sale. They managed to achieve this in a few weeks when the other agent couldn't get close to it in 8. I'll be using them again and have no reservation at all in recommending them.

On the sales team - good communication and always came back after any queries raised. Some minor details on the draft particulars needed to be amended a couple of times. Particularly appreciated was the service provided by one person (Liz Allen) in Welsh - it's our family language and it was really helpful..Obviously being able to secure a client so quickly and deal with this client so effectively (by Liz and Clare) was fantastic. On the progression team - some contact with other members, but primary link was with Jayne Bennett who was extremely effective and dealt with all my queries and really held our hand throughout. Only one comment - the asking price suggested originally (though impossible to know 100%) was in our view too high. But all round a really excellent experience - diolch yn fawr iawn.

I had several agents visit me at my apartment to carry out appraisals – as soon as I met Craig, I knew Moginie James were the right agent for me and my property. We discussed a marketing strategy and the best price to market. They quickly arranged photography for the sales particulars which were of the best quality I’ve seen. After a couple of viewings my apartment soon sold. Claire was outstanding – she always called me with constructive feedback, and once an offer was made she guided me through to acceptance and then handed me over to the sales progression team based in their head office. Here I dealt with Jayne who kept me up to speed with the legal updates. Communication was first class – she made things go so smoothly. Claire, Craig and Jayne really went above and beyond my expectations. I would not hesitate using Moginie James again and can’t thank them enough.
