Friendly & Professional

While we have been renting through Moginie James over the last two years, we have always received a friendly & helpful service. Having come from student property rentals, we couldn't have been happier with how professional everyone at the Cyncoed office was. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for an affordable & professional letting agents within Cardiff.

Fantastic experience. Not one fault. Katie was absolutely great.

Finding a house is so stressful, Katie made it easy and left us feeling confident in our decision, I have had so many negative experiences using letting agents and she has completely changed my opinion and have left us feeling at ease and happy with not only the house but the agency we have decided on. She answered every question competently and is a credit to Moginie James. 10/10 5stars ''great experience'' -The hardest man to please.

Breath of fresh air!

My partner and I have had some memorable experiences with previous estate agents, not all of them positive. However, Charlotte made our letting process easy! She is very easy to talk to, professional, and aims to make the whole experience memorable. We had 4 viewings with her on one day, but she made this run so smooth, she gave us all the relavent information about the properties and showed us where everything was, for example the meters. She gave us her professional opinion on the properties on what best suited us on the conversation we'd been having with her to and from properties. The whole experience with Moginie James was great from booking viewings to the paperwork that everyone dreads! The other members of staff at the premises are equally as great, they offer help best they can when we were unable to speak to Charlotte and helped us with any worries or concerns we were having with our secured property. I would highly recommend Moginie James. Best, and easiest experience yet.

St. James Mews

We recently sold our house, and the sale fell through on the day of exchange. We had already put down a deposit for a rental property with another agent, and therefore had lost that money. When we sold our house again within a couple of months,, we were advised to wait until after exchange to find another property. That made everything rather urgent, since we had to find somewhere and pass all the referencing process in less than two weeks. And we managed to do it! Adrian has been helpful and polite throughout the process. He and his colleague Holly managed to get us in to view a property that was not yet on the market, so that we could be ready with a completed process by the time we need to be out of our current home. Can't say any less than excellent. Well done team Moginie James.

So helpful and great to work with!

We have been renting a property that Moginie James Estate Agents overlooks and we have had nothing but great contact with them. Not only did they help us get into the flat we are in now by going out of their way to reach out to us about this flat before it was put out publicly, they have also bent over backwards to help us move out earlier than expected. We are now in process of moving out earlier than we originally planned and Adrian Turner has just been doing everything in his power to help us! He has been generous with his time and resources to help us and he has been so kind, helpful, and understanding throughout the whole process. I could not say enough good things about Moginie James and their Sales and Lettings Negotiator, Adrian Turner. The staff at Moginie James Estate Agents are warm, friendly and extremely helpful.

I have yet to rent my property from Moginie James however the help that I have been receiving along the way during the referencing procedure has been fantastic. Adrian was extremely friendly and very prepared, it was our first day of house hunting and were viewing our booked in apartment at the time, Adrian had brought another set of keys for another property in the building that was coming up for rent adn offered to show us around that property as well. This was very thoughtful of Adrian to offer another viewing that we hadn't even booked or knwon about, and ultimately led to us applying to rent the property. Adrian has kept us informed along the way and has been very useful, thankyou

Great Agent

I have been dealing with Adrian and Sarah throughout this process. Adrian kindly showed me around the apartment and was extremely friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. He also suggested this property to me as it fit the criteria I was looking for but had by passed it as it was slightly out of my initial price brackets. After viewing the property and after Adrian took the time to go through all the details with me, I decided it was worth the extra money! Fantastic experience, thank you so much :)

Adrian showed us the flat we were interested in. He was really friendly and honest about the whole process and provided us with loads of information. He was more than happy to answer all of our questions and most importantly he didn't seem to be in a hurry and finish the viewing quickly like many agents do. Really professional, thank you.
