Natalie was incredibly friendly, helpful and put my mind at rest when dealing my my query. She offered me positive advice and went out of her way to solve my problem and soon as she could. Natalie told me she would call me back once she had spoken to our landlord and I was pleasantly surprised when she called me back within 10 mins. She also had the maintenance team sort out our problems that day. I wasn't expecting it to be so quick and so was a lovely surprise when i got home from work to see it fixed! Natalie had brilliant customer service, was great on the phone and made me feel at ease for something that I had prepared myself to be stressful and a long wait.! Super service and super impressed! Thanks Natalie!

Adrian at Moginie James has been extremely helpful in finding us a rental property. When the first viewing didn't prove suitable other properties were suggested. Viewings were arranged to suit my availability and once we found a suitable property the action on the tenancy was commenced immediately.. An excellent service so far.

When we moved to Cardiff, we were staying in the Hotel and we really needed to find a flat asap. We saw the advertisement of a very great flat on the webpage of the agency and the same day we visited the place. The stuff helped us to arrange everything very fast and easy. So within a week we got the apartment and we moved happily. The agency was very honest about the neighbourhood and the apartment.

The staff at the Pontcanna branch of Moginie James have been very helpful throughout my tenancy, particularly Rhys. He is always friendly and seems to be happy to help tenants however he can. I am genuinely sad to leave the agent... It's not my first time with them and it hopefully won't be the last! Thoroughly recommended.

I can only hope anybody who reads this review avoids this letting agency AT ALL COSTS! They add unnecessary fees and lied about the property when discussed on the phone. Moginie James add hidden fees here there and everywhere which other letting agencies do not. They're a bunch of cowboys. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I've heard many stories from other people about how poor and dishonest their service was, but my partner and I liked a property so thought we'd pursue it but these stories were true. They also have a habit of deleting negative reviews for fear of prospective buyers/letters seeing the truth. AVOID!

As a reputable agent, we publish all our fees on our website so there is complete transparency as to what fees we charge and when they are payable so we are very concerned to hear you say that some hidden fees have been added and we would very much like to hear from you as to what fees they were as we can look into refunding them to you?. We wholeheartedly support customer review sites and welcome all reviews , both positive and negative as a way of improving the service we offer. We do not delete any of our reviews - we are aware of one review that was recently deleted but after further investigation, we discovered that the review had been removed by the review site, not ourselves, due to the nature of some of the content. We are very disappointed that you have been left with a poor opinion of our company and we welcome the opportunity to put things right for you. I have yet to move into my new property which I am renting from Moginie James but my experience with them so far is that they have been very friendly, helpful and professional. I met with Charlotte who initially showed me several properties (including the one I have chosen) and given that I am new to Cardiff, her warm welcome and knowledge of the area was very appreciated. I had a second viewing of the property where I was met by Adrian who was just as friendly and who helped me to take measurements for my furniture. So far I have been impressed with the professionalism of the agency. My only criticism (and it is a small one) is that the few times I have phoned the offiice, there has been no one available from the lettings team to talk to me and so I have to keep leaving messages. My experience is that contacting them by email is better..

All the team were really helpful and efficient in getting me moved and settled into my new rented property really quickly. Rhys was particularly helpful in going out of his way to remove some items left in the flat that I didn't need. All emails and communications are responded to within 24 hours. I had reported a minor repair required using their excellent online reporting service and the repair was sorted within days to a high standard. When I emailed Rhys for an update this was given in full within 24 hours. Really satisfied with the team and the level of support provided so far. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a rental property.

A totally different experience to other agencies we've interacted with since arriving in Cardiff. I would not hesitate to go through them for future rentals or when we're looking to buy. It's the second home I have rented through Moginie James and Julie showed me round both times. She is a cheerful and direct person, and honest too, a quality which is most appreciated and less common in letting agents. Well researched and internalised knowledge of the property and seems invested in her relationships with the people she represents, with her colleagues, and with her potential clients. A god experience from start to finish, and even though Julie seems principally involved with the sales team, she maintained interest in our dealings with Moginie James throughout. Many Thanks!

Have viewed and signed for two tenancies through Charlotte and she's been great both times :). Although when going to pick up keys for our most recent property the other agent wasnt very well prepared and had taken the wrong amount of money from my account meaning we had to travel back to the old property to get new card details. Slightly inconvenient on moving day.

Rhys is fast to get a resolution, he takes the time to come back to you to explain what has been done and he provides service with a smile. Rhys is chatty, polite, personable and happy!!
