My daughter has been renting a student property from Moginie James in Cathays Miss Rebecca James the head of letting in that branch has been extremely helpful from the time the paperwork was completed for the tenency to date. My daughter experienced harrasment from the other tenants & Miss James has been so supportive of her going out of her way to make sure my daughter was coping. I wish there were more people like her around. Fully appreciate her

The estate agent Rhys who took over our issue with the washing machine couldn't of helped anymore than he did. Fantastic service by Him and had the problem fixed asap after we have contacted the agency a few times regarding the washing machine as there has been issued since we moved in also and big gap in our patio doors (which has never been resolved which is why I put a 4*) But Rhys was polite, friendly and professional. Thank you for your help

Once I had reported the fault using the website , I had a phonecall the next morning from the agent . He arranged for an engineer to visit at no inconvenience to myself as the engineering company were able to collect the key from the agent and visit whilst I was in work . It was decided that due to the nature of the problem a new fridgefreezer was required , this was sorted by the agent and the engineer promptly again with no inconvenience to myself.

Bethan has always responded quickly to any queries I have had during the tenancy. She has worked hard to accommodate my schedule with the agency's requirements, regarding interim visits etc. She has always been friendly, polite and professional throughout and any problems or issues that have arisen have been dealt with and resolved efficiently and with the minimum of fuss or inconvenience. I have been very happy with the way she has liaised with me to find the most mutually convenient and stress-free solution or plan in all our dealings through the tenancy.

After a house fire last week we where left homeless (living out of a hotel room and car boot) a week before our wedding with our 5 month old baby, Cat has been very helpful and understood the urgency of finding a new property, managing to get us in to somewhere new within a week.. Would use Mogine James again in the future.

I was impressed with how quickly the process began when I initially phone on Saturday morning to say we wanted the property. Particularly in this case because it was bank holiday Easrer weekend and everyone deserves time off. By Tuesday, references were already being sent out and boxes were being ticked. This estate agent was very fast responding to my initial e-mail request for more information on the property and organized a viewing the following day. They were very helpful and answered all my questions. The property was exactly what I was looking for and the office sorted out all the necessary paperwork right away for me when I said yes. Everything went so smoothly and they were a delight to deal with. Highly recommended.

From start to finish the people at Moginie James were very helpful in helping me find a 3 month let in Cardiff. I visited them at their Cardiff Bay office and Becca and Natalie were incredibly helpful and gave some great advice. In fact they even suggested I look at serviced apartments on a very short term basis to save me money, even though that would have probably lost them business. Rhys from the Pontcanna office then called me a couple of days later to tell me of a property in the city centre which was available for a 3 month let. Since I was commuting from London I was very keen to see the property the same day. Although his schedule didn't allow it, he booked me in for a 15 minute viewing the same day with Becky. This short appointment didn't stop her from sparing us loads of time to show us 3 different options in the building and answering all our questions. I was next in Cardiff two days later and decided to go ahead with oneach of the flats. Sarah in the Pontcanna office handled my business from this point on and was incredibly helpful the whole way. There were a couple of complications that came up but her approach was always to try and find a solution and get the deal done, which was exactly what was needed, since the move in date was only a couple of days ahead. Overall, from my initial meeting at the Bay office where I was just having a feeler of my options to getting me moved in to a new flat in a week's time, the staff at Moginie James understood my needs and helped get the job done. I have no qualms about recommending them wholeheartedly to anyone looking at property in the Cardiff area and they will be my first port of call should I need an Estate agent again in the near future.

Took long time to fix the electricity switch and heater and reluctant to demonstrate the use of heaters/boilers.in the property when moved in. Need to consider demonstrating the boilors and heaters when a new tenent moves in. Good quality of repair work.

I would certainly recommend using Moginie James, Rhys and Sarah in the Pontcanna office were a great help, I saw a few properties with them and wth others, but Rhys was always friendly and not pushy which I respected so when i found the right flat i was happy to sign with them. They've ben really efficient and quick with paperwork, and plenty of follow ups to make sure everything is ok which is good.

The entire process was a breeze, from the relaxed and informative viewing of the property right down to explaining the fine print and signing on the dotted line. The staff, especially Julie and Becky, were really helpful and more than willing to answer any questions we had along the way.
