Great help-once again

This is 2nd time I've used Moginie James Letting during my time in Cardiff and both times they've been the perfect house. The team have been professional and help, more than ready to answer your queries. And they're particularly accommodating when the nerves set in as the tenant and you start to itch to move in. My one fault is more a problem of their own success, in that they can be so busy, sometimes they need chasing up. Thank you once again for helping me find a great home!

Short notice viewing with successful result

We booked a viewing with very short notice after being dissatisfied with a different viewing from another estate agent. We found Julie able to answer our questions thoroughly and with clear knowledge about the property. We were shown throughout the property able to view what we wished very comfortably, all details were pointed out to us with nothing brushed over. Thank you for Julie and Moginie James.

Professional team

Very professional and friendly agency, my only negative which hasn't shown in the overall star rating would be the wait for contact from the agency whilst paper work is in progress...I felt I was alway chasing to find out what was happening and what stage we were at.

Nice, Pleasant Service

Very nice guys, the only reason not 5 stars is due to a viewing where they didn't have the right keys to the property

Fast and Friendly Service

After selling our home, we quickly needed to find a rental property. The team at Moginie James enabled us to find, view and move into the property in just one week. As we'd always been home owners rather than tenants, we appreciated the fast and efficient way they took us through the various stages of the reference checks, tenancy agreement, payments etc. Even the rental board was quickly removed after we moved in. Fast and friendly service indeed.

Excellent Service Received From Sarah Jones

I have received excellent service from Sarah on 3 different occasions and I strong believe that she will always help clients. Since 2014, Sarah not only helped me to find houses but also spent extra time in showing Cardiff for the first time when I came from London. She helped me for my 2nd house as well going above and beyond in arranging keys when I had laser surgery for my eyes. She made good first impression, since then we always wanted to stay with Moginie James and she gave us confidence that Moginie James will help us when needed. We always refer our friends to this company because of Sarah. I am very pleased and happy to meet person like Sarah. She is so kind, helpful and always approachable. She always listen to your customers and spend her time helping us. All these extraordinary services add value to Mognie James and build good reputation. Sarah always developed long lasting client relationships and will always be a valuable asset to Moginie James.. We are really happy with overall service. Sarala.Gaddam Cardiff
