Maria, is one of the best agent I ever dealt with. She is professional, detailed and precise. Always very polite and calm when discussing property issues. She is very knowledgeable and can offer solutions and different view points. Just what you need from someone managing your property.

Katie has been an excellent point of contact for me as a landlord. She consistently and quickly answers any queries I have and efficiently relays information from my tenants to me or vice versa. I rate the service I have been provided by Moginie James and Katie highly and am extremely grateful for the diligence displayed in managing my property. Thanks!

View AgentsLandlord review for Sarah Jones and Moginie James
We found using Sarah and Moginie James absolutely amazing for helping us to rent our house out. I could not have asked for better support from the start to the end of the process. We are new to lettings are Sarah guided us through every step of the way and did not hesitate to help with every query we had! I really could not have asked to have received a better service than we did from Sarah and the team. I would highly recommend Moginie James to anyone looking to rent/ sell their property.

Bethan has been incredibly efficient in her role - we live several hours form our rental property but I have no anxieties as we now trust Bethan to look after us and the tenants. Faultless service from Bethan who has a great contact list - all of whom are of a very good professional standard.

Faultless service throughout the process! Charlotte is always fantastic with all viewers and ensuring a good quality of tenant is found for every property. Rebecca and Katie are organised and efficient at every step of the referencing and contracting process. They always keep me up to date and are always on shedule. I have developed a close working relationship with Nicola as she is always available whenever I need to draw on her expertise. The whole team smashed it this year with all of my student properties already let! Good job, girls!

View AgentsA relaxed, effective and professional service.
I have relied on Moginie James twice to find tenants on my behalf. Both times have been really quick and easy. Rebecca and the team have offered sound advice and honest feedback. All of the team communicated well throughout and are not fazed by minor problems. A relaxed, effective and professional approach.

View AgentsAbove and beyond expectations
I would like to thank and review the outstanding service I received off a Rebecca this January. Rebecca originally dealt with my late father, of whom unfortunately passed under sudden circumstances. With the property dealings left to myself to deal with (of which I have no experience) Rebecca was so very kind, compassionate, helpful and patient. Going through this painful process of grief and shock I am so very appreciative of Rebecca's and the MJ team customer service by going beyond and above expectations. Thankyou

View AgentsExcellent service - personal, friendly, helpful and professional
We have been landlords, on a small scale, for many years and were looking for a more personal service than previously received. Sarah, Holly and Adrian provided the friendly and efficient service we were looking for. They took an interest in our property and its renovation from the beginning and, once ready, have quickly found tenants to our requirements. We are delighted with the outcome and would recommend Maginie James to landlords and tenants alike.

View AgentsOutstanding service with tenancy
We don't normally leave reviews for estate agents but were so impressed with the service we received from Moginie James (Pontcanna) when our sons moved to a rented house that we felt compelled to write. The patience, courtesy and professionalism of the team (Holly, Adrian and Sarah) made the whole process a lot less stressful than it could have been; particularly their calmness when we were all loosing it! A big thank you to you all for looking after us with such care. Ian & Angela

Many thanks for helping let our family home while we were temporarily out of the country travelling. I don't think it could have gone any better and it was great to know that our home was in safe hands while we were away.

Katie helped us to rent out our property. It was the first time we had done this & there was quite a bit involved but she explained it all well & made it easy for us. Offering recommendations & advice. Finally finding us the perfect tenant. She was always helpful & friendly. We will be using moginie james again in the future.

View AgentsProfessional Service at all times!
Struggled to find tenants for my property and then changed to Moginie James. Within two weeks tenants were found and I believe this to be because of thier professionalism. Better advertising of my property took place and I felt that they were trustworthy when finding tenants that suited my requirements. Very pleased!

Having not rented a property in many many years, I was feeling completely out of my comfort zone about what to do now and what to expect. I met with Ceri Jardine, Lettings manager, who was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. This gave me confidence that things would go as planned which indeed they did. The flat was rented quickly and I felt the MJ team helped me through the whole experience. I particularly want to mention that Ceri and Cat were very supportive and professional in their dealings with me. Based on this experience I would hesitate to recommend MJ as an agent for letting property.
