We purchased a flat through Moginie James a year ago and since then they have been our letting agents. The personal service we have received is a model that many other agencies should follow. Everyone we have dealt with has been professional and knowledgeable; providing an excellent link between ourselves and our tenants. When an issue has risen communication between all parties has been prompt and efficient - which makes life easier for everyone involved.. Inventories, check-ins, references, repairs , licensing, trade recommendations have all been dealt with promptly and effectively.

Excellent service received from the whole team in the rental department. Ceri on the initial valuation was honest, friendly and knowledgeable. Within a few hrs of the advert going live we had several viewings booked in and our house was then let on the first viewing. Was kept up to date with the references and progress throughout. Overall a great service.

I have always found the staff I deal with at Moginie James ,Letting Dept in Cyncoed Office in Cardiff to be friendly,polite and efficient.The names of the staff I usually deal with are Ceri,Harriet,Cat and Dave. I have four properties which I let out in Cardiff and always use Moginie James,as the tenants they have introduced and have found for me have caused me no bother whatsoever. ITo sum up I receive a first class service and will continue to use Moginie James in the future..

Moginie James rented our apartment within an hour, pretty much (March 2016). It hadn't even been listed (we hadn't even finished moving out). The very friendly and professional member Ceri visited and inspected the property on the Friday, and called back within an hour to say they had suitable tenants. They viewed it on the Monday and took the place. Have used Moginie James for years because they have good distribution across Cardiff, and maintain professional standards – staff always clued-up and on the ball whether that's on the sales or lettings side.

There were a number of issues with my property, some of which were complex and required structural repairs in order to put right. Nathan Dodd made a potentially stressful situation much better through his diligence, excellent service and great communication. He was frequently in contact with me, providing updates and reassurance, and using his years of experience to guide me through. Thankfully all is now resolved and the property is back to normal.
