Having now bought and sold with Moginie James I highly recommend them.

Moginie James have been an absolute pleasure to deal with, the service offered by every member of Staff we encountered was exceptional, there is a great atmosphere in all of their offices and all staff have been extremely helpful and conscientious from start of finish. Selling a house can be stressful process but Michelle in the sales progression team was fantastic support, nothing was to much trouble for her. Her knowledge and experience is (in my opinion) exceptional and having her guide us through the sale was a huge comfort. There are plenty of on-line estate agents now and this was something we considered however our experience with Moginie James demonstrated the value dealing with a tangible Estate Agent. We would not hesitate to recommend Moginie James Estate Agents.

The Staff at Moginie James Pontcanna office are excellent. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they are so welcoming everytime you call by the office with any queries or concerns.
