I would definitely recommend Moginie James to friends and family. But a huge Thank you to Jill O'shea. After original sale of my house fell through Jill stepped in and offered practical advise on how to move forward. After the second survey proved to have some problems, Jill quickly assessed what issues needed addressing and liaised with both myself and the buyer to get quick and professional quotes for work needing doing on the property. She provided continual updates on progression of sale, so I felt completely at ease with what can be a very stressful time. I can not thank you enough for your professionalism and friendly advise.

I chose Moginie James to see my property due to their excellent reputation, however my experience didn't live up to it. The branch staff were very good, but didn't do enough to market the property meaning it was nearly 6 weeks before I even had a viewing. When I was passed over to the sales progression team I found the service impersonal and the process dragged on for a long time before the buyers pulled out. Not enough was done to evidence the claims made by the buyer and I decided to change to a different agent.

Moginie James were our preferred choice from the valuation, they took time and patience over every aspect of the valuation and bringing the house to market. As a customer I can be quite demanding and they were always happy to help with any queries, no matter whether they were large, small, frequent or occasional. From valuation, to sale, through to exchange of contracts we were looked after very well by all the staff at Moginie James. They were able to arrange six viewings very quickly and our house sold within two days. Their progression team kept us well informed about progress leading to exchange of contracts. Our confidence in them took away some of the stress involved in moving house.

I am very pleased to recommend Moginie James to anyone after my experience in selling a house, through them. The whole team from start to finish have been very good but Michelle in particular has been exceptional in her approach and dealings with the sale. Finally our House sale is completed after a very very long, period of negotiations between us and the purchaser via Michelle on the sales progression team. Throughout the whole time Michelle has always replied promptly to and been very helpful in answering our queries, solving any problems and keeping the process moving steadily along. Nothing has been too much trouble for her or phased her and she is a very understanding and friendly person to deal with which made it so much easier to cope with our difficult and stressful situation.
