It has been a pleasure to go through the process in welsh. I feel it should be made more readily available across Cardiff. Everybody in the branch has been very helpful right from the beginning. They have answered any queries clearly and quickly and kept me informed of everything through phone calls and e-mail. Its been a very stress free process so far and i would recommend the branch to anybody looking to buy/rent a house in Cardiff.

We would like to comment on the excellent service that we have received recently when purchasing a property in Roath. From day one, Moginie James was the most helpful of all the Estate Agents that we visited in the area and we were always greeted with a smiling face. A number of agents helped us find the right property, and each one had rapid and accurate access to our details and file. Once a suitable property was identified, the team were helpful in the negotiations, and went out of their way to provide access to the property whenever needed. Their recommendations for surveyors and solicitors also proved reliable, which was especially useful as we are not local. We were particularly impressed with the availability of the Sales Progression Team, who were always on hand to answer questions and move the purchase along. We would like to make a special mention of Michelle, who helped through all of the stages from agreement to exchange and completion, and also for some very helpful advice thereafter - Thanks to all.at Moginie James for a great service and experience working together.

We have enjoyed an excellent service from Moginie James. During the sales negotiation process the staff were very proactive and helpful in securing an agreement and following acceptance the sales progression team (and in particular Michelle) were in constant touch the ensure the transaction went through. In my professional capacity I deal with a lot of agents and I found Moginie James to be a cut above a lot of their competitors in terms of professionalism.

Having bought my property in Pontcanna back in July 2015, through Moginie James, their in and after-sales support was invaluable. Having a dedicated point of contact/ representative to liaise between solicitors during the conveyancing process, was also essential. Multiple access to the house being purchased, during the sales process, was also forthcoming, and arranged with ease. They also provide a welsh language service/ point of contact, which was a breath of fresh air really, especially for Pontcanna.

I found the staff at Moginie James, right from first contact, to viewing, to offers, sales progression, completion, advice on Mortgage advisors, solicitors and through to exchange absolutely impecible! I felt understood, supported and even 'cared' for through out! I cannot recommend this team highly enough, AND the fact that one of them spoke the native language of the country I was moving home too I.e WELSH just made all the difference in feeling on the right side of things!
