Would like to say a big thanks to Michelle at Moginie James. Progression Department.in Cardiff Gate. She is a huge asset to your company. Michelle went far beyond what i would expect from an estate agent to help ensure the property sale went through as smoothly as possible. It was a very difficult sale due to the sellers not completing building control sign off's and correct certificates etc as well as issues to do with access which made it a very complicated sale. Michelle went far above and beyond to help get everything in place from liaising with the council to organising tradesmen, arguably all of this should have been sorted by the sellers, so i thank Michelle or i could still be waiting to move in 3 months later. Every call, message and email was answered fast and with a solution in every case which really helped when at times i felt like pulling out. and finding a less complicated property. If ever i come to sell i know who i will be going to first. Thanks again.

Claire was knowledgeable and helpful on first and subsequent visits to the property we purchased on Clive Road in Canton, where she was always on time for appointments and willing to spend as much time as was required there. After having our offer accepted, there was a seamless handover to Jayne in the Sales Progression team, who remained responsive to queries and did a great job keeping us informed of the position with the vendor and agent, ensuring the purchased completed in line with the agreed timescales. Overall, we found Moginie James professional, approachable and easy to deal with throughout the process and would recommend them to friends, family or colleagues looking to buy or sell in the area.

We could not be more thankful that Moginie James handled the property that we bought, which happened to be our first house. Claire in particular walked us through the entire process- from viewing to turnover- in a way that is helpful and informative but without being overbearing. Of particular value to us as first-time buyers was her knowledge of the market and informed suggestions regarding potential interior improvements. Jayne of the Progression Team also provided very good service, always updating and following up on us promptly and ensuring that everything was on track. There's not one moment when we felt the need to chase them up to get an idea of how we are progressing with the purchase. We will always be grateful for this almost hassle-free experience.

Having not bought a house for 15 years, we weren't entirely sure how to view properties. Sarah however has a fabulous approach to introducing the property, paying attention to detail such as providing an insight of the neighbours and the context in which the house is being sold. This has really helped us in our thinking and has influenced our whole approach not only to buying, but what we expect of our own agent! I genuinely wish all agents were as diligent.

Once my offer was accepted I was introduced to Michelle from Sales Progression. Michelle was up to date with my purchase details, was able to update me on next steps and what to expect and always made herself available when I had any queries or concerns. Safe to say my queries and concerns were few and far between and the service received was fantastic from start to finish! When major activities took place such as exchanging and completing, Michelle would call to inform me everything had been successful and on completion offered a huge congratulations, a lovely touch and no surprise as it is in keeping with the brilliant service i was used to.

I had an extremerly positive experience both with Moginiejames and Michelle, A couple of obstacles did emerge while I was in the process of purchasing a property, mind you the troubles had nothing to do with the agent but only with the Landlord who had indeed an attitude (I rather not to disclose more). Because of that I had not choise but to make a complaint and both Moichelle and Moginie James dealt with it in a very professional manner. Indeed they went beyond my expectations. Needless to say I do definitely would recommend Michelle and MJ and definitely will use MJ as soon as the first occasion comes.

Very professional, quirky and handled it in a manner where we didn't feel pressured, as in no talk of "5 others have seen it and are putting offers in, so you'll need to let me know ASAP". This was the case with other companies where we had been to previous bookings around Cardiff. Cat and the whole team at Moginie were bloody fantastic.
