Clare and Chris and the whole team were fantastic from start to finish and helped us realise our ambition of selling and moving to a new house. Sound and professional advice along the way and excellent mortgage service from Rob. Definitely recommend and it's easy to be dazzled by the promises of other estate agents but we found MJ to be trustworthy and reliable and always happy to go the extra mile.

All along, from initial enquiry into buying a house until the 'For Sale' sign coming down, Moginie James made the process extremely smooth by being proactive in every step along the way. For example, they already know who is on the line before they answer the phone call and have all your details to hand.

Moginie James were our first choice through word of mouth and our own research. The agent who came around to take photos and give us a quote was brilliant and his photos were the best out of 5 agents. We stupidly chose another agent based on price but they were not local and we didn't find the right buyers. After 6 wasted months and losing a property we had an offer accepted on, we went to Moginie. They found us the right buyer and a fair price after only a few weeks. They handled the sale well and Michelle Lloyd, their Sales Progression Manager took over from there. She really helped that part of the process run perfectly talking to our buyers and both our Solicitors to keep things moving along and kept us up to date via email and phone regularly. It really helped this part of the process run perfectly. Thank you and w fully recommend using Moginie James for great sales, profession and value for money. They are worth every penny!

Michelle made a difficult time much easier. Out of everyone in the process, Michelle was the most communicative, spoke in layman's terms and made an often stressful & pressured process much more manageable. She was definitely the light in a seemingly never-ending tunnel. Nothing seems too much trouble; responses were quick & succinct and her manner and attitude were great. I wish everyone in the process were like her.

I have yet to move into the property that I am renting but I have found Adrian very helpful and Moginie james in general to be very friendly. Adrian was there promptly to show me around the property and had all the information I required to hand. He contact the landlords and swiftly dealt with letting the property to myself. Overall I found Adrian to be very friendly and helpful and would recommend renting a property from him.

While we have been renting through Moginie James over the last two years, we have always received a friendly & helpful service. Having come from student property rentals, we couldn't have been happier with how professional everyone at the Cyncoed office was.
