GoogleBeware of renting with this agent. They have still not returned the undisputed amount of our deposit in clear contravention of the tenancy depoisit scheme they are part of.

GoogleThe service here was extremely fast. Nicole, my agent to communicate with the landlord, did not waste any time in writing the offer forms, and was able to get me the keys to the apartment as soon as possible, which was helpful with the moving process.

The whole team was professional throughout the process, but I would like to specifically highlight Lucy, who was our main contact while setting up the tenancy. She was always professional, helpful, supportive and approachable. We are very grateful for her excellent work. Her positive attitude made the whole rental process easy, simple and pleasant. GoogleStudents do not rent with them unless you want to be overcharged on the deposit and given the runaround opposing it. Poor experience when dealing with student renters. Left the property in the same condition with fair wear and tear but decided to overcharge us initially amounting to a 30% reduction. The agent responsible took no time to look at their own check in photos resulting in a 5 week petty back and fourth where they wanted to charge for fair wear and tear and betterment resulting in a slightly cheaper deduction just being accepted for times sake.

I’ve viewed several properties recently with different agents in my search for a new home, and Kate has stood out by a long way. She took the time to understand what was genuinely important to me, asked thoughtful questions, and made me feel like she was invested in helping me find the right place rather than just completing another viewing. What impressed me even more was the follow‑up. She sent over additional properties that matched what we’d discussed and even took the time to call to let me know she’d done so. No other agent I’ve dealt with has shown that level of care, attention, or proactive service. I wanted to make sure her efforts didn’t go unnoticed. She represents your agency exceptionally well.
