From the moment we first met the sales rep we immediately know we needn't look any further, an extremely professional approach. A special mention must go to the office team who have been looking after us Liz and Jayne, both have been brilliant. I would have no hesitation in recommending Moginie James.

We are very pleased with the service provided by Cat. We tend to believe that is because of Cat’s personality and character put her in such a shining position. Cat has demonstrated her patience, professional attitude and human touch through her service rendered. At one time, I was a bit unhappy with a potential seller and the deposit asked, that’s when Cat had successfully persuaded me and shown her grace in dealing with customers. We truly appreciate her service and we wish her best of luck!

Andrew was fantastic. He really understood what I was after, more so that what I did on occasion. He made recommendations and offered advice when he thought something may not have been suitable for what I was after. His honesty and genuine approach was a welcome contrast to some of the other estate agents (albeit with other companies) I had experienced. We were supported through the whole process from beginning, during and after completion. Our requirements were listened to and we were only sent notifications of properties that fitted our requirements. We were regularly contacted via e mail and telephone as to how the sale was progressing and in this way we were able to sort out any needs quickly. This meant that we completed on time. I have always found the staff I deal with at Moginie James ,Letting Dept in Cyncoed Office in Cardiff to be friendly,polite and efficient.The names of the staff I usually deal with are Ceri,Harriet,Cat and Dave. I have four properties which I let out in Cardiff and always use Moginie James,as the tenants they have introduced and have found for me have caused me no bother whatsoever. ITo sum up I receive a first class service and will continue to use Moginie James in the future..

Lisa, at this particular branch, handled my partner and I's mortgage. If, like me, you have a limited knowledge of mortgages and interest rates and all those documents and calculations only add to the confusion, Lisa is great! Lisa guided us through each step, bit by bit, thoroughly explaining each section and breaking it down so that it was easy to understand. As our first buy this has not only furthered our understanding but built our confidence that it can be a lot more manageable than we first predicted. We are now, even more, excited and looking forward to moving into our first home together.

As soon as we knew that we wanted to put our house on the Market , Chris went out of his way to make sure it was marketed as quickly as possible . Claire was friendly and prompt with feedback from viewers. We were also kept updated regularly from our buyer's point of view from Liz so we were happy to make an offer on the house we wanted to purchase .

My partner and I viewed at least a dozen properties with Moginie James throughout 2015 and 2016, as well as many others with agents in central Cardiff. We always looked forward to viewing a Moginie James property as we knew we'd get friendly and helpful advice without feeling pressured. They were by far the best and most professional agents we came across in Cardiff. Although we eventually bought a house outside Cardiff we are very grateful for all the help that Moginie James gave us over the past year or so.

I have moved far too many times than average and therefore dealt with numerous letting agents; from student-based to professional. These guys couldn't have possibly made it any simpler. I work full time and long hours, so usually attempting to collate the relevant info in a short time schedule is a challenge. I've barely had to lift a finger this time round and, what's even more delightful, is that there have been none of those pesky "fees" that seem to occur once you're in too deep. I would absolutely recommend Moginie James, and not soley based on the fact that my iPhone autocorrects their first name to "Amigo". Bravo M J!

Rhys is fast to get a resolution, he takes the time to come back to you to explain what has been done and he provides service with a smile. Rhys is chatty, polite, personable and happy!! It's nice to pick up the phone and talk to someone that doesn't find things to be an effort and that clearly wants to help. Every estate agents needs a Rhys!!
