The Trusted AgentA big thank you to Michelle Lloyd for all her help with the purchase of my new property. She spoke with me every week or two to keep me informed & updated on matters. If I was to move again Moginie James would be the company I would use without hesitation.

The Trusted AgentAn easy and honest experience
It's the second home I have rented through Moginie James and Julie showed me round both times. She is a cheerful and direct person, and honest too, a quality which is most appreciated and less common in letting agents. Well researched and internalised knowledge of the property and seems invested in her relationships with the people she represents, with her colleagues, and with her potential clients. A god experience from start to finish, and even though Julie seems principally involved with the sales team, she maintained interest in our dealings with Moginie James throughout. Many Thanks!

The Trusted AgentExcellent service, would recommend.
Moginie James made finding the right house so much easier than the other estate agents we spoke to. Michelle made the process of buying the house as simple as it could be. We lost one house due to another estate agent not communicating with us, this is not the case with Michelle. We were kept in the loop all the way through to collecting the keys.

We bought the property via Moginie James when Rhys was the sales agent, and have found him extremely helpful and thorough in all his dealings with the rental management side of things too. A very pleasant and efficient young man who will go far in the business. thank you, Rhys!

The Trusted AgentHouse Purchase: Jayne Bennett
A big thank you to Jayne from the Sales Progression Board at Moginie James in Cardiff. Once my offer on the house was accepted, Jayne took charge of the completion process. She was very professional from beginning to end and was in full control of throughout the whole process. She was always on hand to answer any questions I had and ensured queries were dealt with quickly. Buying a property is a very stressful business but with Jayne in charge the process was extremely smooth.

The Trusted AgentWonderful Service!
Once again Moginie James have provided a superb service. Julie has been an absolute pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable about the market, swift in returning any communication and once again finding us the most suitable tenants for the property. We strive to provide homes of exceptional quality, and expect the same high standards from the tradesmen and professionals we deal with and Julie and the team at MJ have really delivered. Very many thanks.

The Trusted AgentHaving now bought and sold with Moginie James I highly recommend them.
Moginie James have been an absolute pleasure to deal with, the service offered by every member of Staff we encountered was exceptional, there is a great atmosphere in all of their offices and all staff have been extremely helpful and conscientious from start of finish. Selling a house can be stressful process but Michelle in the sales progression team was fantastic support, nothing was to much trouble for her. Her knowledge and experience is (in my opinion) exceptional and having her guide us through the sale was a huge comfort. There are plenty of on-line estate agents now and this was something we considered however our experience with Moginie James demonstrated the value dealing with a tangible Estate Agent. We would not hesitate to recommend Moginie James Estate Agents.

The Trusted AgentGreat service from start to finish
We found the property we wanted to buy before we sold our house which created a concern that it wouldn't be on the market when ours sold. We were shown around the property twice both by enthusiastic agents. Martin was great, his knowledge of the house, area and the sellers position was great. We also sold our house through Morginie James and found this to be effective too. The information was clear. Any problems we ran into were addressed in a timely fashion. The solicitor that was recommended was also great. Friendly, professional agents that I would definitely recommend.

The Trusted AgentDiligent, Punctual, Professional and Helpful
Jayne did not act for me, I was a purchaser and so she was acting for the sellers/vendors. Jayne was easy to get hold of, always called back when she said she would, made sensible suggestions, was very professional, kept the process moving, chased parties (including financial advisors, solicitors of both parties) without prompting, and made the transaction go far quicker and smoother than it otherwise would have. After dealing with Jayne and seeing was an asset she was to her clients, I would definitely instruct her in the future when I come to sell.

The Trusted AgentFabulous! Always on hand to answer even the smallest question!

The Trusted AgentThe whole experience with Morginie James has been exceptional. Our sale was not straightforward, and during the process we came into contact with the sales, sales progression and rental departments, and the high quality of customer service was consistent across the different business areas. We received proactive updates and felt well looked after and valued throughout the process, and were given an honest picture of the situation throughout, even if there was difficult information to deliver. Particular thanks to Andrew Trinick, Michelle Lloyd, Nicola Gun and Cat Sollis for their patience and hard work.

The Trusted AgentHelpful, professional, friendly
Have viewed and signed for two tenancies through Charlotte and she's been great both times :). Although when going to pick up keys for our most recent property the other agent wasnt very well prepared and had taken the wrong amount of money from my account meaning we had to travel back to the old property to get new card details. Slightly inconvenient on moving day.
