The Trusted AgentSale of our property
I am delighted to confirm my experience in dealing with Moginie James in connection with the sale of our property in Gelligaer Street Cardiff.
From start to finish, it has been a pleasure dealing with the Company, who have been both professional and thorough in their dealing s with both potential purchasers and with ourselves
Their communications with us have been prompt and informative and we have known at each step of the way whether the recent viewer has received the property well or have had some concerns over various aspects of the property
That level of feed back has been of enormous assistance in information terms both for the property (now sold) and any property we may invest in at a later date
We are delighted that the property has been sold to a young couple as this is a market that the original agent commissioned on the property seemed not to be able to tap into.
The whole experience has therefore been eased by the service provided by Moginie James and if we may we would take this opportunity to thank them for their professional help

The Trusted AgentExcellent from Start to Finish
Having not rented a property in many many years, I was feeling completely out of my comfort zone about what to do now and what to expect. I met with Ceri Jardine, Lettings manager, who was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. This gave me confidence that things would go as planned which indeed they did. The flat was rented quickly and I felt the MJ team helped me through the whole experience. I particularly want to mention that Ceri and Cat were very supportive and professional in their dealings with me. Based on this experience I would hesitate to recommend MJ as an agent for letting property.

The Trusted AgentVery positive experience!
Moginie James have acted very professionally from start to finish, providing just the right level of support when it is needed. I'd particularly like to thank Andrew Trinick for really appreciating my property and the type of buyers it would appeal to, and Michelle Lloyd for her hard work in keeping things moving. Having a sales progression team is a real bonus as there's no need to constantly involve solicitors. Many thanks!

The Trusted AgentExcellent support with new purchase
Thank you to Moginie James for their professional and diligent support with securing me a property. The transaction has only just started, but my experience to date has been very positive. In particular, they have been open and realistic in their approach and advice, with none of the unnecessary pressure usually piled on by agents to speed up a sale. Special thanks to Cat Sollis for her direct, friendly and frequent communication - she has made the whole experience as pleasant as possible!

The Trusted AgentYesm Moginie James can turn poison int0 medicine really!!
I had an extremerly positive experience both with Moginiejames and Michelle, A couple of obstacles did emerge while I was in the process of purchasing a property, mind you the troubles had nothing to do with the agent but only with the Landlord who had indeed an attitude (I rather not to disclose more). Because of that I had not choise but to make a complaint and both Moichelle and Moginie James dealt with it in a very professional manner. Indeed they went beyond my expectations. Needless to say I do definitely would recommend Michelle and MJ and definitely will use MJ as soon as the first occasion comes.
