Natalie was incredibly friendly, helpful and put my mind at rest when dealing my my query. She offered me positive advice and went out of her way to solve my problem and soon as she could.
Natalie told me she would call me back once she had spoken to our landlord and I was pleasantly surprised when she called me back within 10 mins. She also had the maintenance team sort out our problems that day.
I wasn't expecting it to be so quick and so was a lovely surprise when i got home from work to see it fixed!
Natalie had brilliant customer service, was great on the phone and made me feel at ease for something that I had prepared myself to be stressful and a long wait.!

That level of feed back has been of enormous assistance in information terms both for the property (now sold) and any property we may invest in at a later date
We are delighted that the property has been sold to a young couple as this is a market that the original agent commissioned on the property seemed not to be able to tap into.
