Moginie James have been brilliant from start to finish. Our property went on the market in the first week of February, and we are now completing...... by the end of March. This estate agent has been courteous, efficient and on-the-ball throughout. Michelle has been fantastic on a personal level.. She has chased all issues and resolved, often within a day. . She really drove the sale. I would not hesitate to recommend MJ.

I find everyone very responsive to any queries and any maintenance issues they organise are always arranged quickly and efficiently. Faultless service throughout the process! Charlotte is always fantastic with all viewers and ensuring a good quality of tenant is found for every property. Rebecca and Katie are organised and efficient at every step of the referencing and contracting process. They always keep me up to date and are always on shedule. I have developed a close working relationship with Nicola as she is always available whenever I need to draw on her expertise. The whole team smashed it this year with all of my student properties already let! Good job, girls!

Would like to say a big thanks to Michelle at Moginie James. Progression Department.in Cardiff Gate. She is a huge asset to your company. Michelle went far beyond what i would expect from an estate agent to help ensure the property sale went through as smoothly as possible. It was a very difficult sale due to the sellers not completing building control sign off's and correct certificates etc as well as issues to do with access which made it a very complicated sale. Michelle went far above and beyond to help get everything in place from liaising with the council to organising tradesmen, arguably all of this should have been sorted by the sellers, so i thank Michelle or i could still be waiting to move in 3 months later. Every call, message and email was answered fast and with a solution in every case which really helped when at times i felt like pulling out. and finding a less complicated property. If ever i come to sell i know who i will be going to first. Thanks again.

Claire was knowledgeable and helpful on first and subsequent visits to the property we purchased on Clive Road in Canton, where she was always on time for appointments and willing to spend as much time as was required there. After having our offer accepted, there was a seamless handover to Jayne in the Sales Progression team, who remained responsive to queries and did a great job keeping us informed of the position with the vendor and agent, ensuring the purchased completed in line with the agreed timescales. Overall, we found Moginie James professional, approachable and easy to deal with throughout the process and would recommend them to friends, family or colleagues looking to buy or sell in the area.

I would definitely recommend Moginie James to friends and family. But a huge Thank you to Jill O'shea. After original sale of my house fell through Jill stepped in and offered practical advise on how to move forward. After the second survey proved to have some problems, Jill quickly assessed what issues needed addressing and liaised with both myself and the buyer to get quick and professional quotes for work needing doing on the property. She provided continual updates on progression of sale, so I felt completely at ease with what can be a very stressful time. I can not thank you enough for your professionalism and friendly advise.

We could not be more thankful that Moginie James handled the property that we bought, which happened to be our first house. Claire in particular walked us through the entire process- from viewing to turnover- in a way that is helpful and informative but without being overbearing. Of particular value to us as first-time buyers was her knowledge of the market and informed suggestions regarding potential interior improvements. Jayne of the Progression Team also provided very good service, always updating and following up on us promptly and ensuring that everything was on track. There's not one moment when we felt the need to chase them up to get an idea of how we are progressing with the purchase. We will always be grateful for this almost hassle-free experience.

I called mogine james office in Albany road, I didn't particularly find the staff friendly or helpful at all. I decided to contact a different branch in pontcanna, and spoke to staff name, Adrian, Adrian was very helpful and reassured me of the process and was willing to speak and negotiate with my current landlord. I just needed guidance, understanding of the situation I was in at the time. I felt that Adrian explained everything to me and beyond. I asked Adrian in future if I can speak to him in order to find suitable properties in the future should I wish to need another properties. I agreed with Adrian that he can view my files that the Albany office hold..
