GoogleAbsolutely horrific estate agents. Left communual corridor roof with huge leak and damp floors for months, front door of flats was smashed in and left unlocked for months. Ignored emails, or promised to resolve these issue with no action. Poor comminication. Dismal property management.

Although we didn't end up getting it, the agency was transparent about how competitive the property was and was quick to answer any questions. In particular, Andrew Jones was excellent, providing friendly service throughout the process. Overall a great option if you're looking for a Cardiff estate agent.

GoogleThis letting agency has been amazing to say the least. From the level of professionalism to the astounding customer service. I had just had a horrible experience with another letting agency so I was feeling a bit on edge to deal with another one. However, Andy (Absolute superstar) , was terrific from the get go! He offered a virtual viewing given I live very far away which was so considerate. He then talked me through absolutely everything, making sure to call and email me to double check/confirm things to ensure that I wouldn't have any trouble. Andy also explained in detail my options for insurance given I'll be moving into a newly refurbished place, and I wouldn't have thought of that on my own. All in all, smooth sailing experience and a wonderful team at Moginie James!
