GoogleI cannot thank Elli-Mae enough for facilitating my first solo rental as a separated parent. After months of fruitless searching being treated unfavourably by other letting agents- even going to the lengths of adding “no children” to their adverts as they knew I was going to request further information, my initial call with James and then a viewing and correspondence with Elli-Mae was the first experience where I felt seen, understood and that I had a chance in finding a home to start the next chapter in. From the bottom of my heart thank you and cannot recommend you enough.

The agent who showed me the property and managed my application (named Chantelle) was very patient and quick to answer all of the questions I had, and very kind through each step of the way. The lettings team, especially Elli Mai, Cat and Karolina, have made the moving process so much easier for us with both properties. GoogleThey've had their Sold sign outside my property since late July. Typical Estate Agents - once they've cash in-hand, they cease to give a toss. Have written them twice and the girl who bought the flat called them too.
