From start to finish, the process was seamless and stress-free, and still continues to be. I have to give particular thanks to Andrew, the agent who has helped us throughout the process. GoogleI'd like to give a mention to Mercedes - it has been a stressful time searching for a rental property as a lot of agencies don't answer your emails/calls and brush you off when a property is no longer available. However Mercedes took the time to call me back really soon after, and although the property I first enquired about wasn't available she was able to match me up to a different one which suited even better. The process has been really efficient, and she has been attentive and accommodating to all my requests. It's just really refreshing to see such good communication from a letting agency 🙂 thank you Mercedes!
