GoogleDealing with Moginie James as Letting administrators for more than fifteen years, has been easy and constructive; they are efficient and fair. They always respond promptly to all situations, and go out of their way to facilitate the resolution of any calls either in maintenance, repairs or management. Jessica Pritchard and Natalie Thomas are the managers I tend to find at the other end of my phone call and they always respond in a professional and effective fashion. Highly recommended.

GoogleGreat experience with Moginie James, specifically Chantelle who waited 20 minutes for me in the rain and cold because I was late, then actually took the time to talk to me about the property and answered all my questions straight away. Everything has been done really quickly, and when she was off Zac dealt with everything so nothing stopped the ball rolling. Overall really happy with them so far! :)
