Was able to find a lovely little flat for me and my partner thanks to Zac who had shown us around two places, we had a bit of issues initially securing the flat we chose in the end but with his help we were able to get it all sorted too and in good time too! All the properties are very well managed and they have excellent information and advice about the Residency Scheme and Tenant Liability Insurance. They have a brilliant website which clearly guides you through applications and is a brilliant resource. I was shown around by Andrew in the Roath office who was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and really made an effort to give me as much information about the property as possible.
