We had been looking for a rental property for quite some time due to the market constraints (and returning from abroad). We spoke with many letting agents and found Moginie James to be very professional and welcoming. Mercedes remembered us each time we would enquire and would always try her best to match us up with the right property at the time. Along with her colleague, Andrew, they were very responsive to queries for advice and guidance, as well as providing feedback on applications. We very much felt a personal sense of care.
