GoogleI live in Cambridgeshire and was selling my property in Yarm so the distance made this a challenge. Michael Poole were absolutely fantastic. They were very professional and organised things on my behalf which I couldn't do due to the distance, such as arranging times for the boiler to be serviced and letting the company in. Even when there wasn't much happening, Nick May, the estate agent I was dealing with, would call me each week to keep me up-to-date or inform me that we were still waiting on surveys etc. From the moment we got valuations to the completion of the sale, Michael Poole were extremely professional but friendly and very helpful.
