GoogleI would have no hesitation in recommending Michael Poole Estate Agents - Tracy at Coulby Newham branch went well above her duty to ensure our house sale was completed - she was courteous & calm and took responsibility when others didn't .Tracy became the person we called upon when others failed to communicate - without her intervention we would not have completed our sale in the timescale we did . Tracy was also a great help in getting us in touch with the Michael Poole rental department - thanks also to Judy for helping us throughout the rental process. Here's hoping we can buy our next house through Tracy !!

GoogleI cannot speak highly enough about the unbelievable customer service given to me by Tracy at the Coulby Newham branch. As anyone knows conveyancing is stressful!! Being within the chain I was constantly on the phone to Tracy sometimes several times a day and she has sometimes rang me after close of business to return my calls. I would call this going above and beyond and she worked tirelessly to obtain the desired results of exchanging today. Her professionalism and dedication and always giving me the correct and accurate update I was very grateful for. I said to her a number of times her calming manner and positivity helped me keep calm. Every member of staff whom I spoke to I found helpful. Thank you all but especially Tracy 😀😀

GoogleFrom booking viewings to placing an offer on a property both Tracy and Victoria have been efficient, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Tracy was a huge help in providing detailed information on the local area, schools and amenities. All of the questions we had were answered promptly and honestly. Victoria has been wonderful at keeping us informed during the purchase process. She provided us with a checklist on what to expect from start to finish which was a nice detail and has proven to be very helpful. Thank you.

GoogleI recently purchased a property through Michael Poole Estate Agents, and I was highly impressed with both the professionalism of Gill & the team but also there high levels of communication through the whole process. They would always ring me back very quickly when I left a message and they were always polite, friendly and responsive when I needed to sort a viewing, or ask for more information. Gill was fantastic through the whole thing and helped settle my nerves on completion day. i would highly recommend Michael Poole to anyone.

GoogleDreadful customer service. During a pandemic where the advice is to do virtual viewings if possible, many properties have no room sizes, virtual videos or floor plans on the site. Impolite staff answering telephone enquiries and, the clincher, allowing 15 minutes to view a property before the next people turn up with no cleaning done in between! Absolutely against all the guidelines. 8 couples one day every 15 minutes and 10 the following.NegativeProfessionalism
