Jamie and Marco in the sales team at Martyn Gerrard were great. They managed to market our house and get us an offer within 3 days of us first contacting them! Even after the offer was accepted they were super responsive, very proactive and basically got the deal done. They were regularly on the phone resolving issues and delays. We had agents acting on our related purchase; Jamie and Marco put those agents to shame! Would definitely recommend them!

Martyn Gerrard helped us to sell our home in North London. All staff were polite, friendly and efficient. They set out realistic price expectations for the property and we had quite a few viewings in the first few weeks. Our buyer was found by the Mill Hill office and Marco Moloudi guided us through the sale. He was patient, helpful and quick to respond to any queries we had. The overall service from Martyn Gerrard was very good.

I would like to compliment Kastro at Martyn Gerrard, I have worked with the marketing department of this agent with regards to sponsorship of St Johns School for 5 or 6 years and knew they were a dedicated bunch already and Kastro has delivered when he said he would, so for that I thank you. The sale was made at £5k above top valuation and with buyers that were motivated to complete within a very tight deadline. Kastro kept that chain going when individual time frames were continually moving. Thank you for all your help and I would certainly recommend MG to anyone in North London.

They obtained 5 offers , one of the being the asking price. He also had an excellent rapport with the solicitor Alan Magnus of Peter Brown , Barnet. and worked with Alan to ensure that they did the best for me.,, and I felt that both were making great endeavors to act in my best interest. It sounds like I'm being paid to say this but I really have been very impressed with how the Southgate office has managed my sale. There were a few buyer hiccups (in other words, not the agents or my fault) but I was kept constantly in touch with events as they happened. I never had to chase Ross or Lucas for information - they were on the ball the whole time - chasing solicitors, the buyer, me! I have dealt with property sales before and this was an unexpectedly good experience. I got my asking price, the agency fee was reasonable - I've got no complaints at all. Thank you very much.

After living in Barnet for the past 8 years and in that time literally dealing with every estate agent in the area (with varying degrees of success!), I was so happy and relieved to find Susan at Martyn Gerrard and entrust her and her team with the sale of our property. We'd had some very bad experiences with agents in the past, but our house sale with Susan was totally hassle-free - happening on time and with no glitches whatsoever. We received multiple offers a mere two days after the first viewings and even managed to achieve over the asking price. The level of service and standard of professionalism I received from both Susan and Rachel Taylor in branch, and everyone else at the company, was outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Not impressed. We were selling our property and they were not very good. The agents were very poor quality and did not know anything about property. We have a large immaculate property. We have been approached by another agency so we are ending things with Martyn Gerrard and going with the new agent.

Marlon made everything look so easy. He had to others ringing him continually over the sale of our parents property. Ross and his team were very helpful in selling my mother's house when she had to go into a care home. They were understanding of the sensitive and difficult nature of the situation for me and my sister. They looked after us very well and did their best to minimise the stress with excellent and frequent communication. Ross's valuation was spot on and we received several offers, three at the asking price. There was an issue when the buyer's status was not checked quite thoroughly enough, but Ross and Lukas soon sorted it out. Selling a property is never a pleasant process but Ross and his team made it as painless as possible.

I instructed Martyn Gerrard of Whetstone to sell my late mother's property and from the start I found the staff to be professional and friendly at all times. the service I rec'd was excellent and I felt that I was their only client. I must particularly single out Heran Jethwa for all the chasing around he did on my behalf with the buyer, buyers solicitor and also my own solicitor to push the sale through as quickly and as smooth as possible. In short he was amazing getting me through this difficult time.. In short would I use them again... YES. Would I recommend Martyn. Gerrard...YES Thank you all.
