Having been seeking to sell our house for some time with another agency, my wife and I turned to Martyn Gerrard and to Marlon who I spoke to regularly. In overview, Marlon is fantastic to work with. He is calm, professional, courteous, upbeat and impressive. Marlon got to know our house well and is a very good salesman. He had an excellent list of contacts and despite the market being somewhat unstable during the process, he organised a large stream of prospective viewers to come and see our property. He picked up on all of the information we had given him about the house and used some of his own expertise to market the property effectively. He came to every viewing on time, was courteous and respectful. When it came to transacting with Marlon via email or on the phone, he made himself available, always returning emails at speed, speaking to us or calling to update us. He went above and beyond in trying to ensure we were fully informed at all stages of the process. I am certain that without Marlon's assistance we would not be moving and so I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is a credit to his agency and the profession. I would strongly urge any readers to opt to work with Marlon and Martyn Gerrard if they are seeking to sell their property.

Despite the fact that it was another agent that sold our property (so that- happily - we could then buy another from Martyn Gerrard in Finchley), Martin was a pleasure to deal with and entirely gracious about not making the sale himself. The sale of our house was relatively straightforward, and thank you to everyone involved to that point, but it was in the after sale period that Marlon at Martyn Gerrard really helped. We had a delayed completion date and Marlon was excellent at keeping in touch in with all parties including the new homes developer at the very end of the chain. He kept our buyers and ourselves informed and was spot on with his estimate of the likely completion date. In addition to this he carried out several accompanied viewings of our property after the exchange when our buyers wanted to show their architects around. It was extremel;y helpul to me to have Marlon available to do this and I really apprecaited this service.. He was always calm and sensible - a much needed quality during stressful times. Both Jason R and Mark F were very helpful, efficient and fast to assist in the process and answer queries. They were able to obtain a very good price for us and a quick sale. This was with us being in Manchester and the property being in London. Jason in particular had to deal with a quite demanding buyer and helped conclude the price we wanted and some very last minute requests as we approached completion & exchange, which probably resulted in him going over and above what he would normally do. It is the second time we have sold a property in this area with MG and we both recommend them and use them again. Once again thanks mark & Jason.

Having one contact person for my sale and purchase - Ercan Aziz - made everything so much easier. We put our suburb property on the market with MG and another agent which usually caters more for the HG suburb. MG were far more proactive with their selling and brought us many more viewings and finally an offer we are now completing. Despite several delays in the chain, Dario's worked hard to keep things together - he was supportive and patient through the whole process. Would highly recommend.
