Hold on to your hat if you want things to move along quickly!!! This was our first time renting a place,therefore at first we found it quite daunting.However we had needn't worried as we were taken care of from the start. If I could give 0 I would. I’m not happy at all! My experience at the start was fantastic with find my property with the lettings team but the property management team are horrendous! Never answer their phone, when they do, they are rude and extremely unhelpful. Now they are not helping at all with fixing my issues in my flat which have been raised since my move in date which was March of this year. As an estate agent myself, I am appealed at the service provided. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND WOULD NOT EVER USE LEADERS AGAIN!

Samara was extremely helpful from start to finish. The process of getting into the home was fast, efficient and easy. The good responsiveness helps a lot during the stressful time of looking for a property, making sure it is the right one and making the payments. Samara also took the time to organise an extra viewing before moving in, which helped a lot with getting the right furniture prior to the move in date. Always good to see a lettings agency that acts professionally, good job Leaders!
