GoogleI have been with agency over 2.5 years. I have to say nothing was too much trouble. Charlotte, my property manager was always on the top of all my enquiries. Didn't manage to meet lady in person, however always there to help. Every issue was solved right away. I was lucky to have Charlotte as my property manager. Still waiting for report and deposit but I'm sure everything will go smoothly. Thanks Charlotte and Leaders.

GoogleAm very pleased with Annie Savage and her staff. They have done a lot of work, very quickly, in order to get my property ready to rent. They are always available to give advice when asked. My general impression of Leaders is that they are very efficient, and I especially like the landlord's portal/dashboard. It makes managing the property much easier, and I can track progress from my phone, without having to phone up or email.

Chloe was our main contact and was there from the very beginning of just searching and also throughout to answer any questions we had which she did very clearly and efficiently. As first time renters, we were new to the whole process and Chloe was very friendly and understanding. Comparing this to other estate agent firms in the area, the experience we received from Leaders was exceptional.

GoogleViewing was booked, dispute asking for weekdays view was told that they only carry weekend view. Got a call from lady asked me to view on Wednesday after noon at 1:30pm. I couldn't as result seller will not get genuine offers from me. It's unprofessional estate agents

A special shoutout to Miss Myha Reid who was so supportive, caring and attentive to my situation and did everything she could to ensure I was able to move within a tight deadline. Their customer service is genuinely second to none... Thanks again! We were very welcome by Mr. Kurwanhn Coote when we looked for the perfect flat for our family. He was very efficient and kind and always supported us when we needed, like answering all the questions we had regarding the process. We highly recommend!

This has been my first time renting a property after moving out of the family home Leaders have been fantastic. Myha has always been so responsive with any questions I had regarding the process. Even though they were some hickups along the way, Myha persevered and help me get everything sorted for me moving into my first flat. I would highly recommend Leaders to anyone looking at renting.
