GoogleChloe was very helpful in difficult market situation where the properties available were limited to very few and landlords were able to do a casting who they can invite to their rental property. Time was of the essence as after house sale was urging to find suitable accomodation and Chloes contacted us few times with the updates, was very knowledgeable aswell as helpful from start to finish with the whole process. Kind, professional and recommend leaders or individually Chloe is the person you like to meet when trying to rent property. 5*

Sarah Cawley is an ace property manager pro-active, friendly and full of good advice. Her colleague Tina Barnes is another property manager you can rely on to act quickly, effectively and to give good advice in a friendly way. Rosie Pullen is a very helpful colleague on the lettings side finding and dealing with new tenants in an enthusiastic and caring way.

GoogleThis is only the second time I have rented in the UK, having moved from South Africa 3 years ago. It is a very different experience, and having two cats does not make it easier! However, the team at leader have been easy to work with and, most importantly, transparent throughout the process. A shout out to Chloe who has been our point person and has been fab at communicating with us. Also to Annie who not only showed us the property, but also shared information on the new area we will now be calling home, which was much appreciated and very reassuring!

GoogleWe have used Rosie to co-ordinate a complicated move from Australia to the UK. Rosie has always been helpful and professional, and we have been very happy with her service. In particular she tried very hard to broker our review with Canopy, who demonstrated limited understanding of international removal, especially with coming-of-pension-age people.
