As a first time landlord who is also managing an overseas move, I feel very supported: clear, timely communication; step by step walk-through of what needs to be done; putting me in touch with contractors for ad-hoc work on the property; generally going above and beyond to make the process as slick and low-stress for me as possible. GoogleI transferred management of my property to the care of Selwyn's team and I have to say Leaders is definitely a leader in the industry. Selwyn was attentive and very proactive in solving problems. He provides win-win solutions for both landlord and tenant (so everyone is happy). He communicates with such enthusiasm and positivity, it's always such a pleasure to interact with him. I've also had the pleasure of dealing with Jenny who provided gratuitous information which was extremely helpful to my decisions. Others that helped me along the way were James and Alina. Googleat the start they were great then we changed property manager and it made our life hell we started from allways getting our issues fixed to not even getting a phone call back when we were left without electric for over 10 days really poor services. Then at the end of tenancy they attempted to charge us to replace the laminate in the kitchen, a window and alll the carptet which was already damaged when we moved in luckily we took photos of the moving day to challange this then we had no cantact regarding our case and in the end we had to get in contact with the regional manager to sort our issue which led to an investigation in the chichester office. The worth part of all of this was the fact we were paying into a 0 deposit option which was sold to use that they use this money to help pay for anything that needs to be done at the end of tency like cleaning, small repears, etc however when we came to the end of tenacy we were told that this wasnt the case and it was just to pay towards there subscription service. So we ended up paying more than what the deposit would have cost with 0 benifits. PLEASE DO NOT RENT WITH LEADERS

GoogleRebecca Jones is a great ambassador for Leaders. She regularly communicates and manages day to day matters efficiently. She also deals with any issues effectively and sensitively for all concerned. And all with a cheerful and engaging manner. Just prior to Rebecca joining as our property manager, Rebecca Eager was excellent as our interim manager. She quickly got to grips with an ongoing issue, communicated regularly and ensured things were resolved.

GoogleAs not having to rent via agencies for long time, it has been brutal experience, not helped by other things going in life, however Megan Filkins was there and pushing us all along and helping and reminding at every step of the way, doubt we would of gone anywhere without hers help. 5 stars for her, 4 for the things out of hers control and so convoluted and repetitive documentation. Streamline.

GoogleThe viewing, set-up and actual tenancy itself were all good. The rating reduction is due to the Leaders agent pushing No Deposit Option as my only option to secure the property, and that by paying this I wouldn't have payable liabilities at the end of tenancy as the landlord could claim, and that's not true. Bit scammy. Check out Reddit about Leaders & NDO. Out of pocket an unexpected few hundred £££ due to this. Lesson learned.
