As soon as we found one through leaders chichester, Tess was on it , she speeded up the process by calling the landlord quickly and made sure that we were top of the list . She was able to secure our tenancy and helped all the way through . Frequent calls from us were answered and we were kept informed every step of the way , Tess helped with the electronic form filling and used her initiative when we encountered a few obstacles. Tess was professional , warm and approachable , with a great sense of humour , which I appreciate .
Tess continues to respond quickly and has a ‘solution focussed’ attitude and works efficiently in order to get the job done . I would recommend Tess , she is highly motivated, enthusiastic and really wants to help.
