Our previous landlord decided to sell our home leaving us urgently needing a new home first we met Owen from the Worthing office and he was brilliant very friendly yet profession made us feel at ease and he encouraged us to look around and ask questions when previous experience a viewing has been very rushed and felt like an invasion of privacy and just not a friendly vibe very rushed but Owen reassured us then we was successful with a property and we met jade from the Worthing office….again a delight happy to help and happy to answer any questions or worries you may have the whole process was daunting alot of sending paperwork over and a lot of signing and a lot of anxiety from an already anxious person but jade and the team made this as quick and hassle free as possible and we have a real sense of security and safety with leaders everything was done vigorously and very professional we got our keys today and we couldn’t be more happier with the whole experience the property and everything inbetween if your looking for a new home I would 100% recommend leaders and if in the future we decide to find a new home I will certainly be wanting to stay with leaders To jade owen and the team thank you all for everything and helping us find our new home

I was told by two different people never let through leaders. I ignored that advise and deeply regret it. In my opinion they couldn't take less care of the people they let to and the properties they look after. I also couldn't believe the amount of lies they tell (get everything in writing if you ever engage with them).

It is hard to believe that the five star reviews are genuine. Although the viewings are smooth and the branch agents are friendly. That all turns on its head once you’ve signed the contract. Emails are seldom responded to, and the responses rarely relate to the questions asked. And I had a dubious pleasure of sending near-daily emails for about a month at a time to have anything sorted out. And there were multiple issues needing sorting out. When you do receive a response, it often comes with a threat of a standard £300 fee, seemingly featured in the tenancy agreement. It is all over now. The last nail in the coffin was waiting way over a month for the deposit to be returned. Apparently, it got lost in the system. Stay away, if you can.
