Selwyn totally deserves the 100’s of 5 star reviews he has received! He has been nothing short of efficient, diligent, accommodating and kind - such a breath of fresh air during a usually stressful period of time. We’re looking forward to renting from Selwyn and from Leaders.

I haven’t written any reviews before but I felt compelled to write one following on from the fantastic service I received from the Forest Hill Branch of Leaders. moving house is so stressful and I had been dreading it but thanks to Selwyn, James, Jenny and David the whole process has been smooth and mainly stress free. I am now sitting in my lovely new front room with a nice hot cuppa! thanks again for all your help and I will be sure to tell all my friends to come to Leaders when they need to move.

The best decision I ever made, to run with Leaders! Their endless commitment to getting matters dealt with, is very refreshing. I don't think many appreciate the hard work Selwyn puts in behind the scenes to deliver the results to keep Landlords and Tenants happy. Thank you Selwyn!

Jenny rescued me! My flat had been on the market with other agents for quite some time when Jenny contacted me with a new plan of action. She turned it around in 24 hours with a fresh advert and professional photos. Since then Selwyn at Leaders has been incredibly helpful in finding new tenants for my flat, even going above and beyond to help me complete a couple of minor repairs even though it was outside of our agreement. He’s kept me up to date every step of the way which makes a refreshing change from having to chase. Couldn’t recommend highly enough! Landlords, Leaders will put your mind at ease! Thank you, Amy

The experience from initial instruction to completion with Leaders in Forest Hill has been fantastic. James, our agent, was very helpful throughout viewings, in answering questions in a timely manner, and advising us as first time tenants throughout the move. We would thoroughly recommend Leaders in Forest Hill, and particularly James. Note: this review relates to the initial lettings process and not that of managing properties.

My husband and I have been dealing with Tim and Riz from the Forest Hill Estate and they have been excellent. We are hoping to buy a property through Leaders and the process has been an unusually complicated one but they have been helpful every step of the way. Let hope that this story ends with us getting a lovely new home.
