GoogleLeaders Worthing have been excellent from day one. Beky Potter at the Worthing office was helpful and friendly, she guided us throughout the process to ensure a smooth and efficient service. She was always available to answer any questions we had and went above and beyond for us.
During the tenancy we also had the pleasure of dealing with Karen who was very understanding and helpful. She guided us through a stressful and sensitive time professionally and compassionately. I can’t thank Karen enough for her support and all the guidance she has provided us. Leaders Worthing are by far the best Estate Agents we have dealt with and this is all due to the excellent team they have who actually care about their clients. Thank you Karen and Beky! X

GoogleMy husband and I would like to thank Teresa for the amazing job she has done co ordinating the works on our 3 properties which all came up for re let at the same time. Not great timing for us due to being out of the country and with other stresses to deal with.
Without Teresa and her brilliant ability to manage the team of works people and liaise so efficiently with us we’re not sure we would have managed.
We are so pleased with all the works that have been required and not sure how she has managed to get things done so well and promptly and at good prices.
We are really impressed with the hard work Teresa has put in (always seemingly so cheery) to make particularly the last relet happen (only 1 week turn around) and want to acknowledge how pleased we are with her service
Thanks,

GoogleWhat a disaster!
Keep saying they will email you their list of lettings available. But they do not.
They arrange viewings but dont send the details, then call to cancel the viewing.
DO NOT USE, AVOID AT ALL COST.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
Just found out Becky Potter works for Leaders and Michael Jones.
My guess she is a bit of a cow and likes to muck people about.

GoogleI had a great experience with Leaders ( Worthing), I was desperately looking for a house to rent in a very short period of time, I left my contact information and the next day they found me a suitable property in an excellent location. Many thanks to the whole team and special thanks to Sara Patterson.

GoogleExcellent service buying a property through Chris at leaders. Communication was great throughout the whole process, which was made stressful by other parties. Chris was a calming influence and was great at acting as the go-between for us all. I would highly recommend him and the team.

GoogleDealing with Leaders during my move has been wonderful. Everything has been prompt and easy-going, while also making me feel like I'm in good hands.
Lucy from the Worthing, Chapel Road, branch has been a massive help, from the day of the viewing all the way to move in day over 6 weeks later, with prompt and friendly correspondence between the two.

GoogleDealing with Leaders has been an extremely pleasant experience. I would especially like to give a shoutout to Joe from the sales team. As a first-time buyer he was with me every step of the way, regularly checking in with me providing updates whether big or small. He went above and beyond liaising with the long chain of solicitors associated with the property and I cannot express my gratitude enough to Joe. Thank you for all the hard work and we got there in the end!

GoogleThank you to Liam, Suzy and the lovely staff at Leaders for their hard work and support. I Was apprehensive about renting my bungalow a year ago and can honestly say that it has been a breeze due to the staff at Leaders. I particularly mention Suzy for her work in marketing and finding me wonderful tenants and her fabulous way with people - very professional and very funny! Liam is my property ‘lead’ and he is so efficient and always deals with things very speedily and happily. It really helps to have a go-to person who is familiar with the property and knows what’s going on! Liam is a great communicator and listens to my ramblings about the farm! I need not have worried about letting my property at all. Thank you Leaders - you’re doing a wonderful job.

GoogleI have been renting with Leaders for 2yrs now. The service they provide is second to none. My agent Selwyn was so incredibly helpful, kind, the epitome of professionalism. He couldn't have done enough.
The same for Caitlin my property manager, on the very odd time i've had an issue she has resolved it so quickly, her communication has always been brilliant and again the epitome of professionalism.
Couldn't say enough good things about the people at this branch!

GoogleI would highly recommend Leaders, we found our new flat with Selwyn who was so helpful and always on hand with any queries we had before, during and after the viewing and onto the confirmation.
The whole process has been really smooth and enjoyable, which aren’t things I used to associate with finding and renting a new property!

GoogleMoving house is usually a stressful experience. With Leaders, I found it smooth and stress free, for which I'm grateful. My application process was handled by Selwyn from Forest Hill branch, and I found him professional, helpful and responsive, which really are the best qualities one may look for in an estate agent. Can't wait to move into my new home, thanks Selwyn!

GoogleSpot on from sales at Leaders. They gave it all on quality marketing, got the buyer, negotiated the sale and got it to the goal - it was a tricky one but we got there in the end. They always talked straight and most importantly they never gave up. The team in lettings were brilliant too. Thanks all you guys!

GoogleLeaders have given us an absolutely brilliant letting experience. From start to finish it has made something that can be quite stressful, quick, easy, and enjoyable. Our letting agent, Selwyn P, expertly presented the property, so well in fact that we took it within the hour. Makes all the difference having someone to email with any silly questions you might have. Stellar service all round!
