The property manager who manages our property, Jeanette has been amazing. Any time I email or call her with a query/issue, she responds in a very timely manner. She is always happy to help... nothing is too much trouble! What I'm most impressed with is how quickly she deals with any issues we have with our property... GoogleVery dissapointing estate agents, dont waste your time with them at all! We called and enquired about a property and they said theyd get back to us. They have our mobile number and email but have not been in touch at all. They dont even give you a courtasy call to let you know whats going on (like working on contacting the landlord) or send you an email to let you know what properties they have available to let. We feel brushed off and like they are not trying to find us a property but rather mocking us and our budget. I spoke to two different agents neither of which have been in touch. The property is available in April but as it's not one that will add to their current targets I guess we are not important enough for them to contact us or send us a list of properties. Utterly useless and you feel like a target rather then a person. Don't bother!

Googlewhen we went viewing, we told them we'd love to take this room right away after the viewing but they told us they need to talk to landlord because landlord's friend also wanted this room. we waited their call or update for 4-6 days and in the meanwhile they didn't give me any update. all we could do was just wait even though we really needed to find new place as soon as possible.
we needed to wait til finishing landlord's friend viewing and if they don't want, we could take the room even though we're the first that told them we'd like to have the room. thank you for helping us anyway :)
